# Fluxis

Fluxis is a payment processing protocol that standardizes how crypto payments are initiated, processed, and settled. It operates as an infrastructure layer — agnostic of transmission method (QR, NFC, API) — designed to be integrated by wallets, merchants, and platforms with minimal friction.

## Core Technology: NASPIP

The core of Fluxis is NASPIP (a payment protocol) that standardizes payment instructions into a portable, cryptographically signed token. This token encapsulates all the information needed to initiate a payment: amount, currency, expiration, and signature.

### Payment Flow

1. A merchant or POS generates a NASPIP token (payment request)
2. The payer reads it from their wallet (via QR code or NFC)
3. The wallet verifies the NASPIP token and extracts the payment information
4. Fluxis detects the payment, processes it, confirms it, and notifies the merchant via webhook

## Key Features

- **Embedded Swap**: Merchants choose their settlement currency. Payers pay in whatever token they hold. Fluxis converts automatically during the payment flow. Example: customer pays in USDC, merchant receives ARGt.
- **Non-Custodial**: Fluxis never holds funds. Payment tokens are signed and verified cryptographically.
- **Multi-Chain**: Supports Base, Polygon, and BNB Chain. USDC and USDT supported.
- **QR + NFC**: Payment requests are generated as QR codes. NFC tap-to-pay is on the roadmap.
- **Developer-First**: REST API, webhooks, WooCommerce plugin, and SDKs for Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- **Instant Settlement**: Merchants receive funds in their preferred currency with no manual conversion.
